Shipping Costs and Options

We currently offer two shipping options for orders within Australia:

  1. Regular Shipping: For orders under $150, the cost for regular shipping is $9.95. Orders over $150 are eligible for free regular shipping. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery via regular shipping.

  2. Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping at a cost of $16.95 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 are eligible for free regular shipping. Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery via express shipping.

Order Processing Time

Please allow for 1-3 business working days for your order to be processed from our warehouse or clinic and tracking number to be generated.

Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframes for both regular and express shipping are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Australia. Please note that these timeframes do not include order processing time.

  • Regular Shipping: Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Please allow approximately 1-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and delivery of your order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship orders within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
